Gift wrap includes a jewelry box, gift bag, and polishing cloth.

A note card with a personalized message will be included if gift wrap is purchased and a gift message is entered.

If you include a gift message without purchasing the gift wrap option, a packing slip with your message printed on computer paper will be placed within the package.

US and Canadian customers will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

My jewelry is made to order and generally ships within 2-5 business days. Rush orders are not available (my jewelry needs time to dry).

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee any package will arrive by a specific date, regardless of what shipping method is chosen. Shipping times are only estimates and some parcels will experience customs delays.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and no refunds will be given for the original shipping costs unless an error has been made on my part. Items must be returned via regular mail and marked "Returned Goods" on the customs label. All items must arrive in original (new and unworn) condition, including original jewelry box, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

My jewelry has been created with real photographs taken by myself. To preserve the ink and maximize the lifespan of each piece, please minimize exposure to moisture, humidity, and sunlight.

My jewelry has been sealed to be water resistant but it is not waterproof, so please avoid exposure to water. Since each piece of jewelry has been created from a genuine photograph, please store it away from light and moisture.

Sterling silver and other silver pieces are best stored in airtight containers and may need occasional gentle cleaning with a polishing cloth to prevent tarnish buildup. A polishing cloth is included with all orders. The glass section can be carefully cleaned with a cloth slightly moistened with a small amount of glass cleaner.

Due to increased theft of my photography, it has become necessary to watermark my photos. Photography prints and jewelry purchased from my shop will not have watermarks on them. These watermarks are added to my online photos only and are intended to discourage theft.
